摘  要:目的:了解临床护士接受继续护理教育的现状及认识需求情况,并拟订切实可行的教育模式,从而提高教育效果。方法:设计合理的调查表格,分发到临床具有护士资格证的护士,采用无记名方法填写后收回。并进行统计分析。结果:随着学历、职称及护龄的增高,继续教育的有必要性比例增高;部分护理人员继续学习目的不明确,压力较大;继续教育最适方式为讲座,时间为1-2h。结论:通过调查分析,有针对性地实施继续教育会取得较好的效果。Objective:To set up practical patterns to improve educational efficiency by investigating current educating situation and recognition demands of clinical nurses.Methods: Reasonable questionnaires were performed to nurses who were capable of proofs,in an unregistered way.Statistical analysis was then followed.Results: Continuing education recognition proportion was higher among those who owned an higher position in academic qualification,professional title or working experience.Study purposes for some nurses were indefinite.The best way for such kind of education was giving lectures and the best time limit was 1-2 hours.Conclusion: From the investigation,we draw a conclusion that continuing education which was pointed may be more effective.
