摘　　要：文章以供应品突发事件为分析对象,首先根据应急紧急度的差异将供应品分为易替代和不易替代两类,然后利用博弈模型讨论供应商和制造商之间的利益冲突,最终在实现协调管理的过程中生成应急预案,以确保供应品突发事件的及时解决和供需双方未来的友好合作。The paper analyses supplies interruptions,uses the difference of emergency degree to separate supplies into two kinds： replaceable supplies and irreplaceable supplies,then it uses game theory to analyze the benefit conflicts between manufacturer and supplier,at last it makes an emergency response plan during concerted management and solves the interruptions in time to promote cooperation in the future.
