摘　　要：采用controX2000通用监控系统支撑软件开发了油脂加工监控系统上位机组态软件,对controX2000的功能和结构进行了分析,详细介绍了组态软件的设计步骤,并给出了部分图页。本监控系统具有状态监控、生产报表、实时报警、历史曲线、数据查询等功能。实际应用表明,该系统功能丰富、人机界面友好、可靠性强。This paper adopted general-purpose monitoring and control system support software controX2000 to develop host computer configuration software for oil production monitoring system,analyzed the function and structure of controX2000,introduced the design steps of the configuration software in detail and gave partial pages.This monitoring system possessed of many functions,such as condition monitoring,production reporting,real-time alarm,history curve,data requiring and so on.The practical application demonstrated the system＇s plentiful function,kind interface between human and machine and strong reliability.
