国际乒联“三减一”新政策可行性研究

摘　　要：2009年12月9日,国际乒联提议2012年奥运会单打参赛名额由每个协会最多3人削减为2人。如果这项提案在明年5月莫斯科举行的国际乒联代表大会上获得通过,那么将对乒乓球运动产生不小的影响。近年来为打破金牌垄断局面,国际乒联采取了一系列改革措施。文章就国际比赛规则的演变对中国及世界乒坛格局的影响,对"三减一"新政策可行性作一简要分析。On December 9, 2009, the ITTF proposed that the numbers entering for the Olympic singles competition in 2012 should be reduced from 3 people for each association to 2. To break the monopoly of gold, the International Table Tennis Federation has taken a series of reform measures in recent years. This paper analyzes the influences of the new policy of the ＂three minus one＂and the evolution of international rules on China and the World Table Tennis pattern.
