现代化视野下新生代农民工继续教育问题研究

摘　　要：对新生代农民工继续教育的关注与重视程度,反映了一个城市和一个国家的发展理念及文明水平。继续教育有助于新生代农民工个体的发展进步,有助于培养新型农民,帮助其更好融入城市并为所在城市做出更多贡献,在一定程度上促进社会的稳定和谐。在现代化进程中,采取有效措施做好新生代农民工继续教育工作是实现城乡统筹发展、构建和谐社会的重大举措,具有长远而重大的现实意义。The concern and attention paid to the continuing education of new generation rural migrant workers reflect the level of development and civilization of a city or a country. Continuing education helps the individual development and new peasant training so that they can be better integrated into the city and make more contribution for social stability and harmony. In the process of modernization, it is of practical significance to take effective measures to improve continuing education for peasants for the balanced urban and rural development and harmonious society.
