摘　　要：目的：研究腹膜后神经母细胞瘤的CT表现。材料与方法：本组经临床病理证实腹膜后神经母细胞瘤13例，男9例，女4例，平均年龄3．65岁，平均就诊时间38．2天。其中发生于肾上腺7例，腹膜后6例。13例均进行了CT检查。结果：13例均为单发，12／13例直径＞5cm，均是给节状或不规则，CT密度低于肝组织，11例伴囊变，11例见不同程度钙化，12例侵犯周围组织，6例淋巴结转移，8例远隔器官转移。结论：发生于儿童肾上腺或腹膜后的巨大肿瘤，伴有囊变及钙化者应考虑本病诊断。puspose: To study the CT manihaatbo of retropedtorml neuroblastoma. Materials and Methods: 13cases of retroperitoneal neuroblastomas proved by clinincopathology were presented. There were 9 males and 4 females with an average age of 3.65 years and symptom duratio of 38. 2 days. The tumors were located in the adrenal gland in 7 cases, and retroperitoneal space in 6 cases. CT studies were obtained in all 13 cases. Results: all 13 tumors were single mare. The mass moe than 5cm in diarneter presented in 12/13 cases, and cystic change in 11 cases, calcification in 11 cases, invasions in 12 cases, lymphatic metastasis in 6 cases, and organ metastasis in 8 cases- Condusion: It can be first considered the diagncois of abdominal neuroblastoma if a huge mass.presents in adrenal or retroperitoneum with an obvious cystic chang and calcification.
