宫颈注射叶绿素在盆腔淋巴结切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈注射叶绿素溶液在行妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴结切除术中的应用价值。方法：将宫颈癌２３例和子宫内膜癌２０例随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组患者经子宫颈注射叶绿素溶液，切除的淋巴结作石蜡切片和冰冻切片，显微镜下观察。结果：宫颈注射叶绿素溶液时和注射后，患者无不良反应和并发症。研究组淋巴结切除率明显高于对照组，切除淋巴结的时间短于对照组。结论：宫颈注射叶绿素后切除盆腔淋巴结可提高淋巴结切除率和缩短手术时间。Objective:To investigate the value of chlorophyll injection into cervix in lymphadenectomy of female malignant tumors.Methods:Twenty three patients with cevical carcinoma and 20 patients with endometrial carcinoma were divided into study group and control group randomly.In study group,chlorophyll solution was being injected into cervix.The stained status of pelvic lymph nodes,numbers of the resected nodes and duration of resecting nodes were recorded.Paraffin sections or freeze sectons of the resected nodes were made.Tissue structures were observed under microscope.Results:When chlorophyll solution was injected and after injection patients had no side effects and complications.In the stained lymph nodes,there were no changes of tissue structures and inflammatory responses.Rates of the resected nodes in study group were higher than those in control group significantly Duration of resection in study group was shorter than that in control group.Conclusion:Injection of chlorophyll into cervix before lymphadenectomy is useful for lymph nodes resection and operation time.
