生活事件及其影响因素的人群研究

摘　　要：目的　研究生活事件的分布及其影响因素。方法　以杨德森生活事件量表对简阳某厂１１６０ 名职工进行调查。结果　５０ 件主要生活事件中发生的前三位的生活事件分别是：住房紧张，对现职工作不满，以及恋爱订婚或工作学习压力大。各生活事件综合加权评分均分前三位生活事件是：住房紧张，对现职工作不满和家庭经济困难。该人群中男性生活事件综合加权分明显高于女性（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），中青年人群组生活事件得分最高。对影响生活事件的因素作多元回归分析，结果显示婚姻状况、疾病与生活事件呈正相关；性别、年龄与生活事件呈负相关。评分系统以综合加权法为优。Objective To study thedistribution and determ inantsoflifeevents .Method 1160 workers and staffofa fac- tory in Jianyang City were investigated by Yang Desen's life eventinstrum ent. Results The top three incident life events of m ajor fifty life events are house crow ded, unsatisfied w ith currentjob ; being in love orengaging / m ore stress in study and w ork . The top three lifeevents with higher com positivew eighted score are house crow ded , unsatisfied w ith currentjob and econom ic difficulty in fam ily . The m ean com positive w eighted score oflife events in m ale group is significantly higher than thatin fem ale group( P< 0.01). The m ean com positive w eighted score oflife events in young and m iddle-aged group is the highest .By m eans of m ultiple regression m ethod ,the results show thatm arriage, disease statuses are positively correlated w ith life events ,and age, sex are negatively correlated w ith life events.Thecom positivew eighted scorem ethod isthebestof allscoring system s. Conclusion Marriage and disease statuseshave m ore associations w ith life events .
