摘  要:我军初级任职教育在具有针对性和实效性的同时,更应当具有引领性,要充分发挥院校是新理论、新科技、新知识、新战法的重要策源地和创新源的作用,不能仅限于跟着部队走,做部队训练的"影子"。要搞好学科专业建设,整合优化教学内容、课程设置,提高教员队伍水平,从而以先进的理论和方法,引领部队建设和军事训练。Primary professional education is characterized by effectiveness and pertinence as well as guidingness. Academy, as the cradle of new theory, new technology, new knowledge and new operation, should play its role. Primary professional education should not be regarded as the shadow of military training. Several countermeasures featured by advanced theories or methods should be adopted for guiding army construction and military training, they are, intensifying the course studies, integrating the teaching contents, making establishment of curriculums excellent and improving the qualities of instructors.
