摘　　要：在《黄帝内经》(简称《内经》)天人医学理论基础上建立的中国传统医学是生态医学。以儒、道为代表的中国传统哲学从根本上说是关于生命的哲学,是《内经》生态医学的思想渊源。天人合一是中国哲学天人观的主导思想,也是《内经》生态医学的基本命题。天人合一、阴阳五行思想渗入医学领域,决定了中医学迥异于世界其他医学的独特民族性格,这体现在藏象、经络和病因、病机等学说中。《内经》生态医学的实际应用则主要体现在生态养生和治疗之中。蕴含在《内经》中的丰富的生态医学思想内涵经过整理提炼,可以成为未来生态医学发展的有益资源。The Chinese traditional medicine, based on the medical theory of man and nature in Huangdi Neijing, is an ecological medicine. The Chinese traditional philosophy represented by Confucianism and Taoism is in essence a life philosophy, which is the ideological origin of the ecological medicine in Huangdi Neijing. The Chinese view of the harmony of the heaven and man is also the basic proposition of the ecological medicine in Huangdi Neijing. The infiltration of the theories of the harmony of the heaven and man and Yin - Yang and five elements into the medical field determines that the unique national character of the traditional Chinese medicine must be different from other medicines in the world, which is embodied in the theories like Visceral manifestations, channels and collaterals, etiology and pathogenesis. The ecological medicine in Huangdi Neijing is practically applied in health preservations and treatments, whose abundant ideological connotations would become a beneficial resource for the development of the ecological medicine.
