摘　　要：《黄帝内经》(简称《内经》)是中医药学基本理论重要的奠基经典著作之一。它将中医学与人的健康和生存环境结合起来进行研究,所构建的中医学框架本质上是一种生态医学体系。《内经》的生态学思想为重新认识现代医学提供了有益的参照。换言之,用《内经》的生态学思想修正现代医学指导思想上的失误,整合中医学和西医学的优势,从而构建一种崭新的大生态医学模式,是历史的需要和必然。Huangdi Neifing is one of the important classical works in the basic theory, of the traditional Chinese medicine, which presented an ecological medicine system of the traditional Chinese medicine, by combining the traditional Chinese medicine with human health and living environments. Therefore, the ecological idea in Huangdi Neijing offers a helpful reference for rerecognizing the modem medicine. In other words, it is necessary to amend the guiding principles of the modern medical system with the ecological idea in Huangdi Neifing and integrate the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine as to build a new big ecological medicine.
