摘 要:研究了喷施氨基酸液肥对红酥脆梨(Pyrus pyrifolia cv Hongsucui)果实中糖、酸、维生素C、游离氨基酸和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,红酥脆梨叶面喷施氨基酸液肥后,可使果实中的可溶性总糖、还原糖和游离氨基酸含量显著增加,糖酸比明显提高,不过红酥脆梨果实的非还原糖、总酸、维生素C和蛋白质含量在各处理间均无显著差异。Influence of foliage spraying liquid amino acid fertilizer on fruit nutritional components including sugar, acid, vitamin C, free amino acids and protein was studied in Pyrus pyrifolia cv Hongsucui. The results showed that after spraying liquid amino acid fertilizer, the contents of total soluble sugar, reducing sugar and free amino acids in fruit of P. pyrifolia cv Hongsucui were significantly increased, sugar acid ratio was improved obviously; but the contents of non-reducing sugar, total acid, vitamin C and protein had no significant change among treatments.
