孝感市场小龙虾及提取甲壳素的重金属含量分析

摘　　要：采用混合酸湿法消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定孝感市售小龙虾的虾仁、虾壳中重金属铅、镉、铬和铜含量,其中铅、镉、铬的含量偏高。虾壳用HCl和NaOH处理,脱色后得到甲壳素产品,腿壳中甲壳素含量最高,为28.8%。所得甲壳素产品重金属含量得到降低。The contents of Pb, Cd, Cr and Cu in the meat and shell of commercial crawfish from Xiaogan market were de- termined by nitric-perchloric acid wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results revealed that the contents of Pb, Cd and Cr were higher. The chitin from the shell which treated with HCl and NaOH was also analyzed, and the highest chintin which reached 28.8% in the leg shell and low contents of heavy metals in this extract were observed.
