摘　　要：目的:总结在社区卫生服务工作中开展规范化片医礼仪服务的工作经验。方法:将片医礼仪服务运用于社区日常工作中,如在接待社区居民、入户家庭访视、慢病随访、接听电话。结果:通过推广统一形象设计、管理模式、服务理念、工作流程、设备配备、技术指导、交通工具、服装设计、工作环境、优惠政策"十统一",打造"郑州片医"形象。结论:通过规范片医礼仪服务,使片医真正做到了"以人为本",以真情换理解,主动服务居民,使社区居民积极主动配合工作,取得较好的社会效果。Objective： To summarize the work in the community health services family doctors to carry out ritual services standardization work experience. Methods ： Family doctor services will be used in daily work rituals, such as in the reception community residents, households and home visits, follow - up of Chronic Diseases, answer calls. Results： Unified image by promoting the design, management and service concepts, processes, equipment, technical guidance, transportation, clothing design, work environment, preferential policies, such as ＂10 unification＂, to create ＂Zhengzhou family doctor＂ image. Conclusion： Family doctor service through standardized protocol so that family doctors truly a ＂people -oriented＂ to the truth for understanding, active service people, so that the residents actively with the work and achieved good social effects.
