摘  要:针对传统绞车工测试技术培训需投入大量设备、能源及原材料,培训、考核成本高,效果不理想的问题,设计了绞车模拟操作台。该操作台可模拟绞车上提下放等常规操作;可仿真采集测井过程的深度、速度、张力等一系列参数;可仿真实现系统紧急制动、系统参数设置、报警等一系列功能。操作台可广泛应用于测井技术人员和操作工人的技能培训和技能考核,极大地减少传统测试技术培训需投入的设备、能源及原材料,提高培训质量和培训效率,降低安全风险和培训成本。Considering the problem that the traditional testing technology training for winch operators requires large amounts of equipment, energy resources and raw materials, with high costs of training and examination and undesirable effects, the simulation winch operation desk was designed. The desk can simulate the normal operations, such as upward strain and lowering. A series of parameters concerning logging depth, speed and tension can be simulated. A series of functions such as system’s emergency braking, system’s parameter setting and alarming can also be simulated. The desk can widely be applied to the skill training and examination of logging technicians and operators, thus greatly reducing the input of the equipment, energy resources and raw materials required by traditional training, improving training quality and efficiency and decreasing safety risk and training costs.
