海峡西岸经济区民营企业构建企业篮球文化的研究

摘　　要：为探究海峡西岸经济区民营企业开展职工篮球运动的规律与特点,采用文献调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对民营企业构建企业篮球文化现状及影响因素等状况进行了调研。结果表明:民营企业以企业内部、上下游企业间、企业篮球联赛、赞助高校篮球赛、冠名或承办高水平篮球赛等形式参与开展篮球运动;企业以人事部门、工会、篮球协会等机构组织管理职工篮球运动;择优选拔与聘用队员与教练;以企业规模和人数投入经费与建设场地设施;企业对职工篮球运动的重视程度与职工参与程度较高。提出政府应宏观调控,企业要完善管理机制,加大经费投入与宣传力度等,为民营企业体育文化发展营造良好环境。Through literature study,questionnaires investigation,and statistical analysis,this paper studies basketball culture＇s present situation and influencing factors in private enterprises：the forms,intensity and performance of,administration structures of,composition of the players and couches of investment and the playing facilities of,employee basketball in private enterprises,as well as the degree of stress on and the influencing factors,the enterprise culture,with the view of the construction of specialized regional enterprise culture by implementing basketball program in private enterprises of Taiwan Strait West Coast Economic Zone.The principles and characteristics were analyzed for the implementation of employee basketball in private enterprises,which is the constituent of the employee sports,the important part of construction of enterprise culture and provides the strategies for the development of the program.
