摘  要:叶轮与壳体动静碰摩为三叶罗茨鼓风机多发故障,若碰摩严重会造成较大的安全隐患和经济损失,研究其故障特征具有重要意义。分析了三叶罗茨鼓风机叶轮与壳体发生动静碰摩的故障特征,应用振动测试系统采集该故障信号,采用小波变换和经验模态分解分别对实际碰摩故障信号进行分析,提取其故障特征,并将两种方法进行了对比。研究表明,经验模态分解比小波变换更适用于三叶罗茨鼓风机动静碰摩故障特征提取。The dynamic and static rubs between impellers and case are common failures happened in the three-blade Roots blower,which could cause a serious safety risk and great economic loss if severe,so it is significant to study the failure features. The failure features of dynamic and static rubs between impellers and case in three-blade Roots blower were analyzed and, the vibration test system was used to acquire failure signals and the actual failure signals were analyzed by using wavelet transformation and empirical mode decomposition(EMD)methods respectively. The failure features were extracted and two methods were compared. It is concluded that EMD was more suitable for failure features extraction of the dynamic and static rubs than wavelet analysis.
