食管鳞癌中血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶7的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和基质金属蛋白酶7（MMP-7）在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测50例食管鳞癌标本及30例取非瘤正常食管组织标本中VEGF与MMP-7的表达。结果食管癌组织中MMP-7和VEGF表达阳性率分别为70％（42／60）、75％（45／60），在癌旁正常食管组织中阳性表达率分别为13．3％（4／30）、26．6％（8／30），2组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。MMP-7和VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关，即有淋巴结转移和中晚期的食管癌组织中，MMP-7和VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移和早期的食管癌组织（P〈0．05）。结论VEGF和MMP-7与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of Vascular endothelial grouth factor（VEGF） and Matrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7） in esophageal carcinoma and other esophageal disease. Methods The protein expression of VEGF and MMP-7 in 60 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 30 cases of normal tissue were determined by immunohistochemical strep tavidinperoxidase method. Results The expression of VEGF and MMP-7 increased obviously in esophageal carcinoma. The decreased VEGF and MMP-7 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis infiltration deph and TNM stage, the expression of MMP-7 was inversely correlated with the expression of VEGF in esophageal carcinoma. Conclusion VEGF and MMP-7 are associated with the growth of esophageal carcinoma and may play an important role in the metastasis of carcinogenesis of esophagus.
