摘　　要：目的探讨CD24在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法，检测CD24在46例胃癌、28例浅表性胃炎、35例萎缩性胃炎、42例肠化生和25例癌旁组织中的表达水平。结果胃癌、癌旁组织和肠化生组织CD24阳性表达率[分别为67．4％（31／46）、36．0％（9／25）、81．0％（34／42）]明显高于浅表性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎[分别为3．6％（1／28）、8．6（3／35）]。胃癌组织CD24阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期的CD24表达率[92．0％（23／25）]明显高于I～Ⅱ期[38．1％（8／21）]，T3＋T４级（85．2％（24／27））明显高于T１＋T2级[36．8％（7／19）]有淋巴结转移者的阳性率[86．4％（19／22）]明显高于无淋巴结转移者[50．0％（12／24）]。结论CD24可能在胃癌的生长、恶性进展和侵袭转移过程中起着重要作用。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CD24 in human gastric carcino- ma. Methods The expression of CD24 in the gastric carcinoma （ n = 46）, superficial gastritis （ n = 28 ）, atrophic gastritis（ n = 35 ）, intestinal metaplasia （ n = 42 ） and peritumoral tissue （ n = 25 ） were detected by immunohisto- chemistry method. Results The positive expression of CD24 in gastric carcinoma, peritumoral tissue and intestinal metaplasia were significantly higher than those in superficial gastritis and atroph gastritis（P 〈 0.01 ） ; and the posi- tive expression of CD24 in gastric carcinoma was higher with the rise of TNM staging（P 〈0.01 ）, the extent of infiltration was aggravated with the severity（ P 〈 0.01 ）, in existing lymph node metastasis was notably higher than those in non-existing lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions CD24 may play an important role in the growth of gastric cancer, malignant progression, invasion and metastasis.
