不同药物膀胱灌注化疗对膀胱癌术后复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同药物膀胱灌注化疗对膀胱癌术后复发的疗效差异。方法 95例符合入选标准的非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌患者,经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后被随机分为3组行早期加维持性膀胱内灌注:羟基喜树碱(HCPT)组31例;丝裂霉素(MMC)组32例;顺铂(DDP)组32例。随访2年,观察有无复发。结果 95例术后随访2年。HCPT组31例中9例复发,复发率29.0%;MMC组32例中10例复发,复发率31.3%;DDP组32例中10例复发,复发率31.3%,各组间复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HCPT、MMC、DDP膀胱灌注化疗均能达到降低肿瘤复发的疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of intravesial instillation with different drugs on postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.Methods A total of 95 non muscle-invasive bladder transitional cell cancers who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBT） were divided into 3 groups randomly：31 patients received intravesial instillation of hydroxycamptothecin （HCPT）;32 patients in mitomycin C （MMC）,and 32 patients in diamminedichloroplatinum （DDP）.All the patients were followed up to study the recurrence for 2 years.Results 9 patients had recured in HCPT group,10 patients in MMC group,and 10 patients in DDP group.The tumor recurrence rate in HCPT group was 29.0% （9/31）,MMC group was 31.3% （10/32）,and DDP group was 31.3% （10/32）.There was no significant difference between HCPT group,MMC group and DDP group（P0.05）.Conclusions HCPT,MMC and DDP have the similar efficacy for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.
