摘　　要：为了分析双边市场中均衡市场结构的形成机理和影响因素,引入两阶段古诺博弈的方法构建了一个具有双边网络效应的均衡市场结构模型。通过模型分析发现均衡市场结构取决于平台的非网络性利益、双边网络效应强度以及产业内平台的数量。对于完全兼容的市场,各个平台会以相同的市场份额同时在市场中运营;而对于完全不兼容的市场,市场上地位不同的平台企业之间在规模上存在非常悬殊的差异。To analyze the mechanism and influence factors of equilibrium market structure in two-sided markets we construct a formal model with two-sided network effects using a two-stage Cournot games.After analyzing with the model some conclusions can be drawn： the equilibrium market structure is determined on platforms＇ own value without regard to networks effect,on the intensity of two-sided network effect and on the number of platforms.Platforms will run in a fully compatible market with full compatibility and have the same market share.However,in a market with total incompatibility,platforms in different position differ radically in their sizes.
