摘　　要：Livin是最近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员,在大多数正常成人组织低表达或不表达(除胎盘),而在一些恶性肿瘤中特异性高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及复发密切相关。其在泌尿系肿瘤(如膀胱癌、肾癌)中的特征性变化具有一定的临床应用价值,因此研究其结构和功能对泌尿系肿瘤的早期诊断、免疫治疗或基因治疗有着重要意义。Livin gene is a new member of apoptosis inhibitory protein （IAP） family recently found.Its high expression can be detected in several tumorous tissues but absent or minimal in normal adult tissues except placenta.It plays an important role in the genesis,development and recurrence of tumor.The feature of livin in urological malignancies,including bladder and renal cancers,can be studied for clinical applications.Thus,it is a good sense to study the structure and function of livin for early diagnosis and immune or gene treatment for the urologic malignancies.
