液氮冷冻术治疗眼前部肿瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨液氮冷冻术治疗眼前部肿瘤的临床疗效。方法采用液氮冷冻术对眼前部肿瘤患者34例(35只眼)进行眼局部病变的冷冻治疗,术后随访6～12个月,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果采用液氮冷冻术治疗眼前部肿瘤良性31例(32只眼),恶性3例(3只眼)。患者伤口愈合好,观察6～12个月恶性肿瘤均无复发及转移,总有效率为100%。结论液氮冷冻术治疗眼前部肿瘤方法简单、易行,能兼顾疗效与美观,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of liquid nitrogen freezing for treating anterior ocular tumors.Methods Liquid nitrogen freezing was used in for 34 patients （ 35 eyes） with anterior eye tumors showing local pathological changes.Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after the treatment and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were also observed.Results After the treatment all the 31 patients （ 32 eyes） with benign tumors recovered completely.Among these patients,3 patients （ 3 eyes） with malignant tumors showed no local recurrence or lymph node metastasis.The total effective rate was 100% .Conclusion The liquid nitrogen freezing was an effective method for treating anterior eye tumor.
