摘　　要：多肽固相合成(SPPS)已成为多肽研究的一种常用手段,近年来多肽固相合成发展迅速,利用SPPS法几乎能够高收率地制备多肽。综述了固相合成中3个关键点:合成中常用的树脂载体、保护策略和缩合剂。Solid phase peptide synthesis（SPPS） has been a commonly used method in the research of peptides.High yield peptide can be obtained by SPPS method.In this paper,there key steps in SPPS,such as carrier of conventional resin,protection strategy and types of condensations agent,were re-viewed,and their applications were discussed.
