摘　　要：本文以各种不同特色的餐具分类为切入点,重点论述了餐厅餐具外在形式的不同以及不同的进餐环境的外化装饰对整个餐厅气质的影响。The paper begins with the classification of the kinds of special dishes,and analyzes the influences of the forms of dishes and the surroundings of dining on the quality of dining-hall.
