高频泪道浚通联合泪道引流管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察高频泪道浚通联合硅胶泪道引流管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效.方法 对61例（78 眼）泪道阻塞患者用WZC-Ⅲ型泪道高频治疗仪浚通泪道,用泪道引流管两端的金属探子引导其中间的硅胶管自泪点植入泪道,留置2.5-6.5个月后拔管,观察其治疗效果.结果 共治疗患者61例78眼,硅胶管平均留置3.66个月,拔管后平均随访10.62个月,共治愈57眼（73.08%）,好转8眼（10.25%）,无效13眼（16.67%）,总有效率为83.33%.结论 高频泪道浚通联合泪道引流管植入术方法 简单,组织创伤小,成功率高、并发症少,治疗泪道阻塞疗效满意.Objective To observe the clinical effect of high—frequency electrolacryocystoplasty combining with silicone draining device intubation in the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction.Methods High—frequency electrolacryocystoplasty was performed in 61 patients（78 eyes） with the diagnosis of lacrimal passage obstruction.Silicone lacrimal passage draining device was put into the nasolacrimal canal under the guiding of metallic probes in both ends.The tube was retained in the nasolacrimal canal for 2.5 to 6.5 Months before its removal.Results The silicone tube was kept in nasolacrimal canal for 2.5 to 6.5 Months （mean 3.66 months）.Mean follow—up time after tube removal was 10.62 months.57 eyes （73.08%） were cured and 8 eyes （10.25%） were improved and 13 eyes（16.67%） recurred.The overall successful rate was 83.33%.Conclusion It is an effective and simple treatmente for lacrimal passage obstruction ,with its less invasive and complication as well as high successful rate.
