摘　　要：与既有企业不同,新创企业创新网络更多依赖创业者的社会网络,并呈现动态演进的特征。对创新网络与传统线性创新模式进行了对比,分析了基于成长视角的新创企业创新网络演化规律。在此基础上,提出了新创企业创新网络构建与动态管理的主要策略。With the complexity of the innovation, innovation network has increasingly become the main way of enterprise innovation. Being different with existent enterprises, start-ups’ innovation networks rely more on entrepreneurs’ social network, and show the characteristics of dynamic evolution. Based on comparing innovation network to traditional linear innovation models, and analyzing the evolution law of innovation network of start-ups, this paper proposes some key strategies about start-ups’ innovation network construction and dynamic management.
