摘　　要：本文通过在广泛问卷调研基础上,深入分析当前网络环境下大学生沉迷网络的深层原因和不良影响,寻找对策并提出有针对性的引导措施,从通过积极引导和必要干预,使大学生身心健康,顺利成才。Based on series of surveys,this paper gives a thorough analysis of the cause and the negative effects of Internet addiction and attempts to look for and put forward the countermeasure so as to provide guidance for college students and intermeddle if necessary,aiming to enhance their physical and mental well-being and help them to become useful and talented citizens.
