摘　　要：根据FIDIC合同条件的精髓和国内试点项目的经验,提出公路工程设计施工总承包试点合同段的选择原则与方法,并结合交通运输部的高速公路试点项目给出具体运用实例,能为今后公路工程总承包模式的实施提供借鉴。According to the essence of FIDIC conditions of contract and domestic experience in pilot projects, principles and methods of pilot contract section selection of general contracting highway engineering design and construction is be proposed, and specific examples combined with the highway pilot projects of Ministry of Transport of the People＇s Republic of China is be given,which can provide reference for implement of highway project delivery.
