视功能损害眼病患者的心理社会适应分析

摘　　要：目的了解和分析视功能损害眼病患者的心理社会适应状态,找出可操作性心理社会适应的概念。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法 ,对中国医科大学附属第一医院眼科病房的12位患者进行半结构式深入访谈、现场录音和笔录,将获得的资料进行整理分析。结果采用类属分析法提炼出7个关于视功能损害眼病患者心理社会适应的主要概念:焦虑/抑郁、自我接纳、自我效力感、自我控制、自尊、归属感、态度。结论研究结果找出了视功能损害眼病患者可操作性心理社会适应的概念7个,为临床更好地评估视功能损害眼病患者的心理社会适应现状,进而采取护理干预的方法帮助患者积极地适应疾病,提高生活质量提供科学依据。Objective To understand and analyze the status of psychosocial adaptation in patients with visual function impairment so as to identify workable concept of psychosocial adaptation. Methods Phenomenological research methods of qualitative research was used for 12 patients with visual function impairment in ophthalmology wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. The semi - structured in - depth interviews, live recording and transcription were conducted, and the obtained information was analyzed. Results Totally 7 main concepts of psychosocial adaptation of patients with visual function impairment were extracted by using generic analysis, namely anxiety/depression, self - acceptance, self - efficacy, self - control, selfesteem, sense of belonging, and attitude. Conclusion The obtained 7 workable concepts of psychosocial adaptation provides a scientific basis for assessing the status of psychosocial adaptation of visual function impairment, and taking intervention methods to help the patient to actively adapt to the disease, and improving the quality of life.
