摘　　要：本文从法律归责视角来审视学校体育的伤害事故,旨在强化学校体育工作的法律保障,规范和保护学生、家长、教师和学校的合法权益,为完善《学生伤害事故处理办法》和体育伤害事故的单独立法提供参考。This paper reviewed the school sports accidents from the angle of liability fixation of law.The main purpose was to strengthen the legal safeguards of school physical education,protect the legal rights of students,parents and teachers,and provide the reference for individual legislation of school sports accident.
