摘　　要："体教结合"培养高水平体育竞技人才经过近二十年探索,国内已有多种模式,同时存在一些弊端。从南京工业大学和江苏省体育局联合组建南京工业大学江苏女子垒球队,积极地探索"省队校办"模式的成功实践看,必须以"体育与教育互动理论、体育认知理论和体育功能理论"等为指导,充分地认识到实施体教结合具有它的理论基础。Through twenty years exploration on sport and education combination cultivating high level sport talent,there exists many model and some problems.From the successful practice of the joint formation of？the Jiangsu softball team by Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Jiangsu Sports Bureau,this paper points out that the combination of sports and education should be used to guide the training and fully recognizes the theoretical basis of implementing the sports and education combination.
