摘　　要：高校教师绩效评估作用是肯定的,高校体育教师的绩效评估是搞好高校体育教学的重要手段。文章从考评目的、考评指标、考评周期及公平性立场对高校体育教师绩效考评体系进行了分析,提出发展思路,以促进高校体育教师、体育教学的发展。The role of performance appraisal of college sports teachers is positive,and it is an important means to do a good job of sports teaching in universities.From the purpose,indicators and cycle of appraisal,and the position of fairness,this paper analyzed performance appraisal system of college sports teachers and proposed the development ideas in order to promote the development of sports teachers and sports teaching.
