胃癌组织中Galectin-3和VEGF的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法收集101例胃癌组织、20例癌旁5 cm组织,通过组织芯片结合免疫组织化学SP法检测Galectin-3和VEGF的表达,分析Galectin-3、VEGF与胃癌临床病理指标及其预后的关系。结果 Galectin-3和VEGF在胃癌、癌旁组织中都有表达,胃癌中Galectin-3和VEGF阳性表达率分别为85.1%和76.2%,明显高于癌旁组织的35.0%、25.0%(P<0.05);Galectin-3和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.484 3,P<0.05),Galectin-3和VEGF与胃癌的临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和预后有关(P<0.05)。结论 Galectin-3和VEGF对于判断胃癌的恶性程度、浸润、转移和胃癌患者的生存期具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin-3 and VEGF in gastric cancer and its significance.Methods 101 cases of gastric cancer,20 cases of para-cancer（5 cm） gastric mucosa tissue were accumulated.The expression of Galectin-3 and VEGF protein was detected by using gastric tissue microarray and immunohistochemical staining in the 101 cases of gastric cancer.The relationship was analyzed between the expression of Galectin-3,VEGF and the clinicopathological factors.Results Galectin-3 and VEGF were expressed in the two kinds of tissues.The positive expression rate of Galectin-3 and VEGF in gastric cancer were 85.1% and 76.2% respectively,which were obviously higher than the para-cancer gastric mucosa tissue（35.0%、25.0%）（P0.05）.Significant corrlation was found between Galectin-3 and VEGF expression（r=0.484 3,P0.05）.The expression of Ggalectin-3 and VEGF were positively correlated with clinical stage,invasive degree,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis（P0.05）.ConclusionThe expression of Galectin-3 and VEGF are useful for evaluating malignancy degree,prognosis invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
