摘　　要：大学生的就业直接关系到人才资源的配置和社会的稳定,大学毕业生就业形势已经成为社会关注的焦点之一.目前高校体育教育专业的就业形势严峻,安徽省高校健美操专项毕业生的就业形势虽然好于体育教育专业的平均水平,但也呈现下滑倾向.大部分健美操专项的学生比较了解目前的就业形势,他们热爱自己的健美操专业,看重将来的发展机会,如何根据变化的就业形势寻求相应的培养对策,这是安徽省各高校健美操专项教学需要迫切解决的课题.The employment of college graduates is closely related to personnel resources disposition and social stability.The employment situation of college graduates becomes one major concern of society.Nowdays,the employment situation of P.E.major graduates is severe.Although the employment situation of aerobics field graduates is better than that of entire P.E.major graduates,the employment rate is prone to fall.Most aerobics field students are aware of the current employment situation,they love their field,and have a good prospect of the development chances in this field.How to seek corresponding culture counter measures according to changing employment situation is an urgent issue that aerobics field of the Anhui province university must solve.
