前牙外伤龈下根折正畸并修复治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察用固定矫治器进行牙根向牵引治疗前牙龈下根折(残根≥7mm)的临床疗效。方法完善根管治疗后于根管内粘固牵引钩,邻牙粘贴方丝托槽,向牵引牙根,达到修复条件后固定2～3个月,然后进行桩冠修复。结果患牙牙根向移动距离2～5mm,所需时间2～6个月。固定2～3个月,然后进行桩冠修复,位置稳定,功能外观良好。结论使用固定矫正器进行牙根向牵引治疗前牙龈下根折的方法效果良好,临床可行。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tooth traction with edgewise appliance for anterior teeth with subgingival root fracture（ nub≥7mm）. Methods After complete root canal therapy , extrusion hook was agglutinated in the canal. Then edge - wise brackets were placed on the adjacent teeth, and extrusion was implement . When prothodontic condition has been achieved, there are a retention for 2-3months . Then restoration was done. Results It needs about 2 - 6 months to see 2 - 5mm displacement distance in patients anterior teeth. After 2 - 3 months retention, the location was stable and asthetic result was achieved. Conclusion Tooth traction method with edgewise appliance is an effective method for anterior teeth with subgingival root fracture.
