132例急性白血病免疫分型结果分析

摘　　要：目的研究免疫组织化学染色对POX<3%的急性白血病分型的诊断价值。方法采用骨髓细胞形态学和骨髓免疫组织化学染色检查方法。结果 132例POX<3%的急性白血病中19例形态学分型与免疫学分型诊断不符合(14.39%),其中117例ALL不符合的12例,15例AML不符合的7例。结论白血病免疫学分型是诊断急性白血病不可缺少的检查手段,是对急性白血病形态学分型的补充和修正。对POX<3%的急性白血病的诊断,免疫分型不可缺少。Objective To evaluate the immune typing of acute leukemia.Method Immunohistochemistry and morphology methods were used in this study.Results 19 of the 132POX〈3%AL samples＇ typing of morphology and immune were not matched（14.39%）.Among them,12 samples were in the total number of 117 ALL samples and 7samples in 15 AML.Conclusion The immune typing of AL is the important modification and supplementary to the morphology typing,and it is very necessary for diagnosing POX〈3%AL.
