摘　　要：目的观察CEAG方案对低增生性骨髓增生异常综合征-难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多(MDS-RAEB)和急性髓细胞白血病治疗(AML)的疗效和安全性。方法对44例低增生性MDS-RAEB和AML住院患者进行CEAG方案诱导缓解治疗。结果 CEAG方案诱导缓解治疗低增生性MDS-RAEB和AML有效且安全。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy with CEAG（cytarabine,etoposide,aclarubicin and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor） regimen on patients with low hyperplastic myelodysplastic-syndrome—RAEB（MDS-RAEB） and acute myeloid leukemia（AML）.Methods The patients with low hyperplastic MDS-RAEB and AML（n=44） were treated with CEAG regimen as induction therapy.Results CEAG regimen treatment as remission induction chemotherapy in patients with Low hyperplastic MDS-RAEB and AML was effective.
