皮肤性病科护士规范化培训的教学探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤性病科护士规范化培训的教学方法,提高护士规范化培训的教学效果。方法设计调查表,调查比较培训前后:护士是否了解皮肤性病学知识;是否知道如何对皮肤病性病病人进行护理;是否感到皮肤病性病可怕;是否担心被传染;是否介意在皮肤性病科工作。结果培训前后差异有统计学意义,P≤0.001。结论皮肤性病科在对护士规范化培训教学中,通过重视入科教育,合理安排理论培训,循序渐进的进行技能培训,重视与皮肤性病有关的职业防护教育,对教学过程进行动态评价等措施,最终收到了较好的培训效果。Objective To probe into the standardized training for nurses in department of dermatovenerology,and improve the training effect.Methods The questionnaire compared the following items before and after training was designed,including whether nurses aware the knowledge of dermatovenerology,how to nurse patients with dermatovenerological problems,whether tobe frightened by these diseases and infection,and whether to mind to work in department of dermatovenerology.Results There was significant difference before and after the standardized training（P≤0.001）.Conclusion Satisfactory effect was achieved in nurses＇ standardized training in department of dermatovenerology by attaching importance to entrance education,reasonable arrangements of the theoretical training,skills training step by step,skin protection education,and dynamic evaluation of teaching process.
