基于层次分析法的最佳电话服务模式

摘　　要：本文综合考虑能源消耗和社会效益,建立最佳电话服务模式的层次分析模型,采用三标度法给出各因素比较矩阵和判断矩阵,通过最优传递矩阵的方法,得到电话服务的最佳方式:固定电话所占的市场比例为28.4%,手机所占的市场比例为为71.6%.Considering the energy consumption and social benefits,we establish an AHP model of optimal telephone service,give comparison matrix and judgment matrix for various factors by using three-scale method, and obtain optimal way of telephone service with optimal transfer matrix methods：the market share of fixed telephone is 28.4%,and the market share of mobile phone is 71.6%.
