摘　　要：指出随着我国市场经济的发展,侵害社会公共利益的经济纠纷层出不穷,由于经济诉讼领域相关立法和司法的滞后,致使受害者无法通过诉讼途径获得救济,本文试对经济公益诉讼制度作一研究探讨,以解决经济法的可诉性问题。With the development of our country market economy,there are many economic disputes about violation of social benefit.The victims are unable to obtain the relief by the lawsuit because of the related legislation and judicature＇s lag in economical lawsuit.In order to solve the question,this article tries to make a research on the economical public welfare lawsuit system.
