摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法对白血病患儿腰椎穿刺术疼痛的影响。方法将90例1～7岁的白血病患儿随机分为干预组和对照组(各45例),两组均给予同样的镇静药,干预组同时进行音乐疗法。并在干预后观察两组患儿的疼痛情况。结果两组患儿的疼痛指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论音乐疗法可减轻白血病患儿腰椎穿刺术的疼痛。Objective To explore the influence of music therapy on pain in leukemia children with percutaneous lumbar. Methods 90 cases of leukemia children of I to 7 years old were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group （n = 45 each）, the two groups were given the same as sedative medicine, the intervention group were simultaneously treated with music therapy. And pain in children of the two groups was observed after the intervention. Results Comparison of the pain index between the two groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.0 1）. Conclusion Music therapy can alleviate the pain in leukemia children with percutaneous lumbar.
