摘　　要："三本院校"是我国高等教育办学机制与模式的一项探索和创新,是我国普通本科教育的一个重要组成部分。对其进行教育教学探索和研究,具有十分重要的意义。文章分析了近年学生就业以及就业岗位情况,结合生源特点、专业特性和就业岗位群的基本要求,以知识+能力的应用型人才作为培养目标,将综合职业能力训练纳入人才培养方案,有针对性地提出了一套行之有效的教学改革方案。The 3rd degree college, which is an important component of Chinese regular undergraduate education,is an exploration and innovation of the educational mechanism and model of higher education in our country. Researches and explorations on its education and teaching are of great significance. Analyzing the situation of students＇ employments and occupations, and combining the characteristics of enrollments, professional features as well as the basic requirement of employment, this paper brings the comprehensive vocational training into the personnel training program, and proposes an effective educational reform plan in order to cultivate application- oriented talents with. knowledge and skills.
