摘  要:目的观察联合应用GMl和NGF时大鼠面神经的再生情况,探讨GM1提高NGF在促进运动神经元再生方面的作用机制。方法利用大鼠面神经再生室模型,通过电生理和电镜方法,观察大鼠面神经再生纤维的电生理活动和超微结构。结果术后4周和8周,大鼠实验侧面神经下颌缘支的神经传导速度明显高于对照侧(P4周<0.05,P8周<0.01);再生神经诱发动作电位潜伏期明显低于对照侧(P4周<0.05,P8周<0.01)。术后8周再生神经的传导速度明显高于4周组(P<0.01),而潜伏期明显低于4周组(P<0.01)。各组实验侧再生纤维的超微结构均优于对照侧,8周组两侧的再生纤维的超微结构均优于4周组。结论 GM1可以抑制p75NGFR阳性雪旺细胞的凋亡,强化NGF促进神经再生和成熟。Objective To explore the mechanism of the promotion of the regeneration of motor nerves, which was made by NGF associated with GM1, by observing the regeneration of facial nerve of rats. Methods Before the execution, NCV and LAT of the regenerative nerve fibers were examined with an electrophysiological apparatus. After the execution, the regenerative nerve fibers were observed and pictured with an electron microscope. Results The NCV of the experimental sides of the rats of 4-week-group was faster remarkably than that of the control sides, and the same to the rats of 8-week-group (P〈0.05, P〈0. 01) ; The LAT of the experimental sides of the rats of 4-week-group was lower remarkably than that of the control sides, and the same to the rats of 8-week-group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) ; The NCV of 8-week-group was faster remarkably than that of 4-week-group (P〈0.01); The LAT of 8-week-group was lower remarkably than that of 4-week-group. In both groups, the ultrastructure of the regenerative fibers of the experimental sides was better remarkably than that of the control sides; And on both sides, the ultrastructure of the regenerative fibers of 8-week-group was better remarkably than that of 4-week-group. Conclusion GM1 can enhance the promotive effect of NGF on the regeneration of motor nerves through the mechanism that GM1 induces the generation of Schwann's cells and prevents Schwann's cells expressing p75NGFR from languishment.
