摘　　要：针对目前云南省中小城市城区面积小、公交系统不完善、摩托车出行比例较高的现状,利用交通规划理论,对中小城市自行车专用道路规划进行研究。以云南省某中等城市为例,提出自行车专用道路的设置方法,进而改善自行车出行环境、缓解交通拥堵状况、减少城市环境污染。View of the current small and medium-sized cities in Yunnan Province which urban area is small, public transportation systems are imperfect, a high proportion of motorcycle travel status, use of traffic planning theory, medium and small cities bicycle lanes and road planning was studied example of medium-sized cities in Yunnan Province, set method of road bicycle ways was proposed, achieved the purpose of improving bicycle travel environment, alleviating congestion and reducing environmental pollution in cities.
