摘 要:采用机械合金化方法,以无水乙醇为球磨介质,制备了Zn70Ni30二元体系合金。用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了球磨后的合金粉末的物相和形貌。结果表明,使用高能球磨可以促使Ni向Zn中扩散,最终能形成Zn-Ni过饱和固溶体。采用Miedema半经验理论模型计算该合金系的相变驱动力,在此体系中ΔGS=–6.02kJ/mol<0,证明该体系具备生成过饱和固溶体的相变驱动力。The supersaturated solid solution of ZnNi binary alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying from the power of zinc and nickel milled with ethyl alcohol as media. The phase structure and the morphology of milled power were studied by X-ray diffraction and SEM. The results show that the supersaturated Zn70Ni30 binary alloy can be formed by accelerated diffusion of nickel to zinc in the solution with high-energy milling condition, The drive force (Gibbs energy) of the phase transformation calculated by semi-empirical equation of Miedema shows that the Zn70Ni30 supersaturated solid solution is thermodynamically admissible process.
