摘　　要：在制造及使用过程中,对无缝钢管进行无损检测是保证产品质量的重要手段。在对超声检测原理及相应工艺参数分析的基础上,针对壁厚与外径比大于0.23的厚壁无缝钢管超声波检测提出了一种切实可行的办法。实验证明,系统对直管可进行连续的自动探伤和点动探伤,对弯管可进行手动探伤,并能实现钢管壁厚的测量。During manufacture and in-service process,nondestructive detection on seamless steel pipe is a importance method to make sure its quality.The practical approach for the ultrasonic testing of thick-walled seamless steel pipe is presented for the relative value of wall-thickness and diameter greater than 0.23.The experments show that the straight pipes can be detected by automatic continuous mode and point-moving mode of the system,the elbow can be detected by manual mode,the steel pipes＇thickness also can be measured.
