摘　　要：模具改模知识具有极大的主观性和不确定性,根据其特点,提出了利用贝叶斯网络推理辅助模具工艺人员建立改模方案,设计了改模贝叶斯网络推理模型和改模工艺规划系统的推理控制策略,并开发改模工艺规划系统的推理机。在此基础上设计开发了改模工艺规划系统,该系统已经成功应用于某模具企业,并得到较为满意的效果。Knowledge on the mould-repair is much full of subjectivity and uncertainty.Using the Bayesian networks reasoning to help the technician establishing the mould-repair project is put forward.The mould-repair Bayesian networks（MRBN）reasoning model and the reason control tactic of the process plan system are designed,the reasoning engine of MRBN is designed.Then the process plan system is devel-oped,and the system has been use in a mould manufacturer successfully,and it is satisfied with the effect.
