摘  要:针对200kN.m/500kN.m锻造操作机大车行走电液比例控制系统的工作特性,利用Pro/E三维软件建立了操作机实体模型,得到较为精确的负载质量;利用AMESim仿真软件建立了大车行走液压控制系统的仿真模型,研究不同工况下操作机大车行走系统的动态特性;仿真结果为操作机大车行走液压控制系统的设计、调试提供参考。According to the working characteristic of the driving electro-hydraulic proportional control system of forging manipulator, the entity model of forging manipulator mechanism was set up with Pro/E 3D software and accurate load was worked out. Based on the AMESim software, the simulation model of the cart driving electro-hydraulic proportional control system was built. The influence of different load on dynamic characteristics of the driving System for forging manipulator was studied, the simulation results have certain significance in design and debugging of cart driving system for forging manipulator.
