摘  要:为了比较分析北京地区5个欧李品种的果实形态及品质特征,对分别来源于北京地区的怀柔喇叭沟门、怀柔汤河口、怀柔官帽山、房山黄山店、延庆千山店等5个野生欧李品种的果实颜色、果沟、果顶、梗洼、果肉颜色等形态特征进行了观察,并对其果实的可食率、汁液含量、口感、风味、涩味及是否粘核等指标进行了测定,同时对果实中可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比、维生素C含量、钙含量等营养品质指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明:房山黄山店欧李果实的综合性状优于与其它品种,适合在北京地区大面积推广。In order to compare forms and qualities of fruit in five Prunus humilis Bunge varieties from Huairou Labagoumen,Huairou Tanghekou,Huairou Guanmaoshan,Fangshan Huangshandian and Yanqing Qianshandian in Beiing region,some form indexes were analyzed,which included fruit color,fruit furrow,fruit top,stem deep and flesh color.Moreover,some indexes were also determined,for example,editable rate,juice content,taste,flavor,harsh taste and clingstone or freestone.Some nutrition quality indexes were determined and analyzed,including soluble solid content,titratable acid content,ratio of sugar to acid,vitamin C content and Ca content.The results showed that the comprehensive characters of fruit in P.humilis Bunge from Fangshan Huangshandian were superior to the other varieties,and it was suitable for large area extension in Beijing region.
